The four Big Lies about universal health care

If there was ever any doubt that our government is basically run by business just read this article. Where do you think all the money extorted with this unwarranted price increase will go? Do you suppose you will see more line crews out doing maintenance so our power doesn’t go out every time a dark cloud floats by? Maybe when the power does go out there will be more crews around to make it come back on? Do you think maybe we can count on fewer fluctuations in line voltage that make our lights brighten and dim? (not to mention what it does to our other electrical stuff) Or do you suppose all that money will simply go into the pockets of the executives and investors? Take a wild guess what I think will happen with all those millions of dollars.

Another aspect of capitalist entities like AmerenCilco is what they are doing to our planet while they extort money from us for needed energy. The more we study the climate change the more we come to the conclusion that burning coal to make electricity is a bad idea. So another question ... do you suppose AmerenCilco will be using the new windfall to research alternate means of power generation such as wind or solar.
