I didn’t watch the Grammy awards. I kind of wish I had after finding out the Dixie Chicks were awarded five Grammys. All the articles go on about their “Comeback”. I wasn’t aware they had gone anywhere to come back from. It is #TobyKeith I wish would go away and never come back. At least the #DixieChicks stood up for something American like Freedom of Speech. All Toby is interested in is making a buck off the sacrifice of our military men and women. I am so happy the girls are finally vindicated but it is so sad the price we have had to pay for people to realize they were right so many years ago. I too am ashamed Duh-bya is from Texas. I’m ashamed he is even from America. If I could, I would deport him and Toby on a slow boat to China. Update: 02/12/24 Toby died just recently. I’m sure the Chicks are delighted to hear it.

There’s just something about little boys on tractors that is so cute! We have Andy on a fork lift at Morton Welding when he was about 3 -- how cute!
Well, we took the plunge! Dave spent over 2500.00 yesterday and didn’t leave the house! We’re going to Disney! Dave was pricing flights and the flight that we wanted was $148.00/person. Then a half-hour later, we decided that we wanted to do this and the flight was then $200.00 a person! So we found a different flight and started booking all of our stuff. We are also visiting St. Augustine and then driving up to see Holly and girls before flying back home. We’ve booked for June 2nd --- sure hope we don’t have too many snow days or school won’t be out by then! Sounds like a possible snow day tomorrow. 3-6” of snow with 31 mph wind gusts. Better get your errands and stuff done today!
I didn’t watch the grammys either. I’m not into that sort of stuff. Actually, I very rarely watch tv. Dave and Ashley are the tv hounds here.

Noah just loved that tractor and was always wanting to go for rides. We traded it in before he ever got big enough to ride it by himself, but he has since ridden the tractor plenty mowing grass. I think he’s pretty tired of it by now!
Congratulations! Just be sure to make lots of memories and takes tons of pictures. I bet you will have a GREAT time! You need to get a little chalk board or something like that and start counting the days down. Anticipation is part of the fun too!

Ashley is enough of a reminder every morning! She’s in heaven! When I asked Andy what he wanted to see, he said the Raglan Road Pub/Restaurant! It’s an Irish pub and he loves Irish stuff! He’s an unusual type of guy!
We are staying on the grounds at the Caribbean Resort and going to Magic Kingdom and Epcot. I’m excited to see it all, but I’m not into the rides any more. Ashley will LOVE Disney - rides, rides, rides! Andy will LOVE St. Augustine - history, history, history! So, something for all!

My favorite has always been Epcot. I get into some of the Earth science displays as well as the food from around the world. I’m sure you all will have a lot of fun because the whole place is fun.
I haven’t done much shoveling this year —— the boys are old enough now to take over that chore!

I’m excited to go to Epcot more so than Magic Kingdom. I’m just not too keen on the flying part. I’ve flown once and that was really enough for me. HINT: You might want to buy stock in Dramamine before June 2nd!

My “baby” brother turned 40 today...what a young pup! I had my friend with a yard card business put 40 pigs in his front yard today. He was quite surprised when he came home for lunch today! Gee, nobody told him that pork was on the menu today!
Well, that’s enough foolin’ around for tonight. Better go get my shoveling sleep!
