Goodness Tammy! I am sorry you had to wait all day yesterday to hear back from me. I have decided to start sleeping in, so my entries will be later than they were. It seems odd to get up early to do this and then go back to bed. We shall see how it works out and make adjustments.
Today I will be busy getting ready for my trip to Atlanta for the annual Georgetowne Jr. High School Reunion. One of my classmates, Rick Underwood, lives very close to Atlanta and he agreed to host the reunion this year.
I will leave tomorrow and drive down in two days so I can take my time. This means there will be no Blog at all for a few days until after I get back. I plan to be back home again around noon on Monday. You can post your thoughts, questions, etc. it will just have to sit in my inbox until I get to them!

Have a safe and enjoyable trip!

Thank you I hope I do! It looks to be about a 12 hour drive so I think doing it over 2 days ought to be leisurely enough for me.

I received this link to an little motivation story from a business that takes pride in exploiting employees.
It is amazing how people can get hooked with this disease. They not only mistake the capital exploitation of the Downs or retarded employee for something humanitarian or cute they fork over money to the abusing company and never demand better treatment of the abused. I think these feel good companies ought to be outlawed and their exploitations exposed for what they are. I went to the link and left the following message for them. They disgust me.
I really loved your little inspirational movie about dumb ol me (Johnny). It would have been so much better if Johnny had gotten a raise or a promotion for making that store so much more money. You really blew an opportunity to inspire but instead provided a sickening story of the exploitation of Johnny. Perhaps your next feature could be to raffle the virginity of Johnnys sister Cindy to buy hose for the local fire department. People ought to line up to abuse a Downs girl too.
