So if somebody steals your car you can’t say, “I saw that man steal my car!” because it would be a legal conclusion. What nonsense has our world come too?
It sure is nice to have a break in the heat. The windows are open and the house has some fresh air.
It was delicious to encounter the cool spots in the house this morning on the way to the coffee pot.
Reminded me of those hot summer days while out on my bicycle. I would be racing along soaked in perspiration down a back country road and encounter a place where the road dipped into a cool shady spot for just a moment.
The cool air would almost feel like a slap in the face and I would immediately turn around and go back again. One such place is the large dip in the road on Cole Hollow Rd. immediately south of the Methodist church Tracey & I were married in.
It must be a measure of my advancing years when such #Memories spring to mind. A simple cool patch on the kitchen floor yanks me, for a moment, into the past.

Yep, my toes are cold over here too!
I think today is finishing my new flower bed that I started. Then off shopping with Andy. He needs a pair of pants for a wedding he’s going to Sat. He may even wear them (if we find some) for his Sr. pictures Sat. I can’t believe that “my baby boy” is getting his SENIOR pictures taken!
Can I go back to those cool spots now!?!

In the past few weeks Noah bought himself a new black suit, shoes, etc. My but he is growing more mature! Time flies!
