Yes —— I have to go see my little girl doctor today and I thought the comic was appropriate. I’m the short, fat king complaining. And I don’t think it is disrespectful to call my physician a “little girl doctor” (twice She is a very petite lady who can’t be much older than half my age. Besides, considering what she charges for the pleasure of her company — I think I can be a little ornery about visiting her. #TremontClinic
I find this to be totally amazing! Tazewell county can’t even put up a decent web site and they are willing to spend $40,000 a year on a “cyber crime expert”. I would much prefer they spent the money on a decent web site to inform people of county services rather than another big brother desk jockey.
A large number of Americans are counting the days, hours, minutes and seconds until Duh-bya and Shamely are removed from office. In the spirit of public service I have added a countdown clock to the blue margin at left just below the Iraq war cost counter.

I sure wish this was shocking news. I am beginning to think we would be better off without any reporting.

I know what you mean. I remember thinking the details didn’t sound right when this story was breaking. I still can’t imagine the uproar about hanging nooses as compared to physically assaulting someone. The race issue needs to be put behind us but I am afraid there are too many people still making a living off of it.

#TremontClinic I just returned from my appointment with Dr. Krall. It looks like I may live! She still counsels me on my cholesterol but I am not convinced it is high enough yet to start taking drugs for it. And my “good” cholesterol is too low —— but I don’t want to mess with it either. Everything else is in good order except my weight and I would really rather deal with that over any other problem right now. I MUST get more exercise and eat less! I almost forgot to mention that I also got a flu shot —— so if I catch the flu and die —— I won’t be taking that shot ever again!
