| I spent a good deal of time, actually almost the whole day, learning how to do some programming in Sql database and php programming. Sounds like Greek doesn’t it? Hopefully you guys won’t see a lot of difference in the Blog pages, but if I can get it figured out it will help me put the Blog together a lot faster. I suppose this is what has kept me with computers all these many years. The fun of learning new programming and things to do. I got most of that out of my system when I was still working and got paid well to fuss with computer programs. I missed it some after I retired until I started this Blog. (Like I needed an excuse to play with my computer.) There is still so much out there to do and learn that I have even considered, very briefly, going back to school. Unfortunately schools tend to waste most of the time on protocols, definitions, and a lot of other silly stuff and too little time on actually learning new stuff. Lots of filler to keep you coming and paying tuition I guess. So I will have to be satisfied to experiment on you guys. |
