#Retiree I really had a great time last evening at the dinner with my old work buddies. It was good to catch up on their news and talk about old times.
Some of the guys are still working and it sounds like life at Caterpillar is better now than it was while I was there, but still a long way from perfect.

There is a new street light at the intersection of Allentown and Springfield roads. I am amazed. I really wonder why they spent the money to put that up but I am glad they did.

Joe got a Tattoo today in memory of Derek, so here it is just 3 hours old! I guess it will change some in the next week. Right now it is really red!
Joe said on the way home, “it hurts!” Joe’s not a tattoo type guy, but he wanted to do this to honor Derek, as Derek had a few and he loved every one of his, and he kept trying to get Joe to get one before and Joe wouldn’t do it. So Derek this one’s for you!
I am very impressed Joe! That is a very fitting tribute to Derek. I’m sure he appreciates it.
