Tracey spent yesterday in meetings for work. Her employees all got paid double-time for their Sunday but Tracey got to go work for free again. Being the boss isnt always what one might think.
Corporate America has come a long ways in learning how to manipulate people to their own profit. Of course the meetings were meaningless and ridiculous. Thats almost always a given.

A meeting that is meaningless and ridiculous? Oh, my I just cant imagine that! (and the crazy thing is, meetings are often about productivity")

These meetings were about Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). They are so NOT concerned they even outsource their meetings to somebody else to run. Go figure.
