This Byetta stuff I am trying for my diabetes was a one month sample kit the doctor gave me. But the stupid thing only had 10 needles in it instead of the 60 it will take to use it for a month. I don’t know what’s up with that but you can be sure that decision came from marketing as did the trial sample. So anyway I go to the pharmacy to get some more needles and they tell me my insurance will pay for the needles but not for the drug. Figures. So now if the stuff does work my doctor will have to spend some time on paper work (and charge me for it) to get CAT to pay for it. So far I’m not impressed with it anyway as my blood sugars are still too high.
Since Tracey is working tomorrow she hopes to only work a half day today. I can see an afternoon nap on the schedule for later today! She was really tired after a long day yesterday. I’m thinking that 4 day vacation conference spoiled her just a little bit.
