They say timing is everything ... whoever they is. Our timing is certainly wrong on trying to find a scooter for Tracey. We went looking again yesterday and they had plenty of the smaller scooters but nothing around the 250cc that we were hoping to find. After we got home we called up probably every dealer in the Pekin - Peoria area and none of them had any in stock either. It seems everybody wants a scooter now the price of gas is so high. To complicate things Honda has discontinued making scooters in that engine range so our only hope is to snag one still on a lot somewhere. Its a Catch 22 ... she needs to sit on one to see what she wants to order and she has to order one to see one.
Michael T. and I are scheduled to share breakfast this morning and maybe we can solve this problem along with all the others we solve every month!
