The high price of oil has brought the desired effect from the oil industry ... the steady beat of dire threats, misconceptions and outright lies about the need to expand offshore drilling, the opening of ANWR and other bogus claims from the GOP as they seek to do the bidding of their Big Oil masters. You have heard or will hear many complete lies about how Hurricanes Rita and Katrina caused no damage to offshore oil rigs and “not one drop of oil was spilled”. McCain has been spouting this nonsense for weeks now. It is a TOTAL LIE!
Deer Hunters Two hunters were dragging their dead deer back to their car. Another hunter approached pulling his along too. “Hey, I don’t want to tell you how to do something ... but I can tell you that it’s much easier if you drag the deer in the other direction. Then the antlers won’t dig into the ground.”
After the third hunter left, the two decided to try it.
A little while later one hunter said to the other, “You know, that guy was right. This is a lot easier!”
“Yeah, but we’re getting farther from the truck,” the other added.
I will be calling our insurance agent, Unland Companies, this morning. We were told when we bought the insurance for Tracey’s scooter that it would have a zero deductible on Comprehensive and Collision. My declaration statement says it has $100 and $250 deductibles so it looks like we will lose $250 on their error. I sent an email to the top two guys at this agency telling them how disappointed I am that I can’t trust my agent when I’m told what my coverages are. And now I am curious what the coverage on my new bike is because I have yet to receive anything in the mail about it. I will try to keep you up to date on this saga because if they should make it right I should set the record straight ... and if they don’t ... ?

Happy Birthday to Aaron and Ben! Sorry I haven’t been on here in what seems like forever. There is no internet for Noah’s laptop to steal at the apartment complex and what they call a business center consists of 2 computers which are usually occupied by teenagers during the day. And their parental controls for whatever reason block me from getting to my email. I swear I don’t have anything dirty in them! It’s been really frustrating to not have a computer accessible at home but we should before long! It looks like Noah needs to keep me more up to date because I found out about all kinds of things by looking here. Well I’ve been a computer hog long enough now but I’ll try to be sure one of us keeps you guys up to date! I’m sure Noah has plenty of things to fill you in on! - just ask about the couch
