There was another #SarahFailin interview yesterday. She was asked, again, to explain the role of the vice-president in America. She stated the vice-president “is in charge of the Senate”.
This woman is either hopelessly clueless or totally arrogant. I thought she was just ignorant the first couple times she gave this answer but now that she has had several weeks to educate herself regarding the Constitution’s definition of the office I am beginning to think she has delusions of grandeur like Dick Shamely has.
Perhaps she really does think the VP can stroll into the Senate and declare themselves “in charge”. I wonder what she would be saying as the Senators roundly chastised her and asked her to leave?

I forgot to mention that over the weekend Noah sent Tracey a cell phone picture of their new television. She said it was really a used one they got for a good price.
Tracey had yesterday off work but she messed up and scheduled a job interview with somebody at 9:00 a.m.
I met her in Pekin for a late breakfast afterward. She won’t even be hiring the person she interviewed.
We decided to take a nap when we got home but shortly after the repair shop called to tell us the new tire had been changed on her scooter wheel. So we went to Peoria to pick that up and spent about an hour putting her scooter all back together.
Runs fine and she is glad to have some tread again. She said it was starting to get a little slippery on her old tire as it lost more tread.
