Brrrrr! Its cold out there in the morning! I decided to scooter out for some breakfast after Ben and Aaron left for school.
According to the thermometer on our porch it was 34°F, not too bad. I did better than my last trip out and bundled up better.
I arrived at the Cracked Barrel in Morton without any icicles but I do need to find my neck scarf. My neck and chin still need some covering up. It was a beautiful sunny blue sky morning and I really enjoyed the fall colors.
I only had one idiot try to run a stop sign and run over me. I think he could read lips because a string of expletives brought him up short and I definitely made some nasty eye contact.

34° at 7:30 a.m. I think it was about 75° here around that time . Im liking winter in Arizona.
On an unrelated note, Olympic Judo Bronze Medalist (the first American woman to get an Olympic Medal in Judo) Ronda Rousey posted on her blog what she thinks of John McCain:
I just returned from another scooter ride. The temp is up to 50°F now so it was very comfortable. I drove down Pinecrest to Fahey Hollow Dr. and on into E. Peoria. Then up Washington St. all the way past Sunnyland, into Washington, around the square then Washington blacktop to Allentown Rd. and home. Beautiful! All the trees are in bright colors and the leaves are floating about!
I think much worse things of John McMaim but then you knew that!
