I can call them on the phone and tell them what I want and all they need is my name and phone number to place an order to pick up. Online, which is supposed to be faster, they want my name, address, phone number, age, email address, etc. etc.
That is the trouble with giving some people the power of building web site forms —— they ask for a lot of useless information because they can.
