May your stuffing be tasty May your turkey plump, May your potatoes and gravy Have never a lump. May your yams be delicious And your pies take the prize, And may your Thanksgiving dinner Stay off your thighs!
Pumpkin, the National Thanksgiving Turkey, awaits his pardon from Duh-bya during ceremonies in the Rose Garden of the White House in Washington, DC. Duh-bya Wednesday pardoned his last national Thanksgiving turkey, which will now fly first class to Disneyland in California instead of ending up on a dinner table.
Gobble til ya wobble and HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!

Tracey has been off work all week so far and it has been nice. This will be our first Thanksgiving without Noah here to help us eat all the turkey, mashed potatoes, etc. We will miss him!
Aaron and Ben are excited about no school until next Tuesday and Noah not being home just means more food for them!
We had another reminder that Noah is not home with us anymore. Long ago he printed up a shower schedule and taped it to the bathroom door so his brothers would know when to stay out of the shower and to leave some hot water for when their big brother came home from his martial arts to take a shower.
That schedule finally came apart and I took what was left of it off the door. Sorry Noah.
Everybody at our home hopes you all have a wonderful holiday! Stay safe!

I know what you mean about those reminders!
We have measured the kids every year on their birthdays on the outside shower wall. I COULD paint over it, but no way! So, every time I take a shower, I go down memory lane a little!

Thats cool! And something we should have done too! We have a long row of crayon art framed and hung the length of our kitchen to remind us of our boys progress through the years. And lotsa photos too!
