We took a motorcycle trip with Phil and Ruth Morse, Doug and Connie Kerns, Dad and Toni, Sue and I.  Phil, Ruth, Doug and Connie all riding their Harleys and Dad and I on our Goldwings.  We went to New Orleans, (just a couple three months before Katrina), then to Panama, Florida, and up through Alabama and Georgia into N.Carolina to ride the Tail of The Dragon, US 129 on the SW edge of Smokey Mt. National Park. (317 curves in 11 miles).  Then some wonderful backroads home from there.  Was a great trip with some great people.

Man does that sound like fun!  I think that would be a great time too ... I just don’t know if I would have the stamina to do it on my scooter.
