The 2009 Dog Poop Calendar is featured on the list of top 10 stupidest holiday gifts for 2008. |
Yesterday was a fairly routine day. I left the house around 1 p.m. to go to the post office, bank and grocery store. It took too long to get groceries because they didnt have enough checkout lanes open, as usual. Tracey got off work on time last evening and I conned her into stopping at Culvers to bring home some burgers and chili for supper. We ate supper in front of the TV and just stayed there for the rest of the evening. Lazy. |

The cartoon above immediately reminded me of all the survey nonsense we were subjected to when we bought the Hybrid from Honda. The salesman just fell all over himself telling us we HAD to give them high marks. I was honest and rated their service as below average because it clearly was. We got phone calls from the corporate office of marketing asking why ... and I told them. So what? Nothing changed. |

| On an unrelated note, Blagojevich could be the 4th Illinois governor to go to prison in the last 35 years. Awesome, huh? Oh well, I voted Green Party :P |

Hey Noah! And to think I thought he might pick ME for the next Senator! I obviously didnt bribe him enough. Hope the FBI nails him if he is actually guilty. |

I guess not, lol. IF he is actually guilty? Didnt we know he was doing that sort of stuff during his second year in office? I remember people on NPR talking about it on my way to work while I was still working at Cat |

| Oh he probably is guilty of something ... he is a politician ... but I never trust the media. They are in business to make money, even NPR, so I say IF because I have heard, read and seen many untruths in the media and I would hate to hang an innocent person. |
