The 261 nominees from 222 countries around the world include some of the most famous mountain peaks, lakes, national parks or reefs, such as Mount Everest or the Great Barrier Reef.
Somebody ate all our food and I have to go to the grocery store again. I’m going to start buying things like lima beans and dill pickles so maybe they won’t eat them so fast!
Tracey mowed my head off for me so now my hair is about an eighth inch long (short!). I am going to have to make sure I have my hat when I go outside!
I don’t recall if I mentioned my sister DD was having car trouble but she sold off her little Ford Fiesta almost two weeks ago and has been driving my Mom’s car while looking for a replacement vehicle. She has been fairly disgusted with the price of used cars in comparison to their miles on the odometer and condition.
I would have thought with the car sales slump that cars would be a bit cheaper but perhaps it has actually increased the value of used cars?
Anyway, it seems these dealers think an awful lot of their used VW Beetles with over 70,000 miles! I’ll try to remember to tell a couple used car stories after she finally buys one —— I wouldn’t want to jinx her buying “experience” by sharing it now.
