Involuntary Political Correctitude

Tracey had a “mandatory” conference call yesterday morning when she was supposed to be off work —— but I can’t write about that without fear of getting her in trouble or perhaps losing her job altogether. One of those times when personal values collide with reality. So ask me “offline”.

So I thought I would hop on my soap box and tell another story about the inept employees of Schnucks, but decided the mental capacity of the offenders is not their fault and all the words I would choose to describe them are just not acceptable to use in public. Another ask me and I’ll tell you privately, but it would be best not to say any more publicly except to say I will be shopping at Kroger’s from now on.

Fingers drumming —— thinking —— thinking and so I finally decided to write about what I can’t really write about without being socially crude or risking Tracey’s paycheck.

It is truly amazing the number of topics we don’t dare express our true feelings about and I’m not usually all that concerned about bruising feelings or risking personal reputation.
