An Air Force presidential aircraft, part of the fleet used by U.S. presidents, is pictured above the Statue of Liberty in New York, in this photograph released to Reuters on May 8th, 2009. White House military aide Louis Caldera, who authorized an Air Force flyover of New York that caused panic among some New Yorkers there, resigned on Friday.
I dont know when the blog came back online but it seems to be working now. I will probably never know what went wrong. Guess I should just be thankful they fixed it at all?

We went to a surprise birthday party for my brother Alan last evening. I think he was actually surprised! Mom & DD went in with us on the purchase of a Kindle ereader for him. He had mentioned an interest in it several times over the past few months so we were fairly sure he would really like to have one. Not only was the party a surprise I think he was a bit overwhelmed by it all. Good. Happy Bday Brother Al!
Also HAPPY MOTHERS DAY MOM!
