Tracey took off for work on her scooter about 10 minutes ago. I will be going to breakfast with Michael T. after I get the boys off to school. Noah should arrive some time in the early afternoon. Noah has requested Hamburger Pie for supper this evening so I will be making that I guess.
Aaron & Ben will love his homecoming for that alone! I dont know what it is about that particular meal but they all seem to simply love it. Sounds like the beginning of another busy day and I hope it goes well for all of us.

Hamburger Pie I brown and drain two pounds of hamburger and then mix it with a big tall can of Campbells Tomato Soup (dont add any water) in a throw-away aluminum baking pan. Then I dump a can of drained green beans (or two if you like veggies) in and mix that all with the soup and burger. Next a package of shredded cheddar on top of all that (two packages if you really like cheese!). Then I mix up four cups of instant tater flakes with the appropriate water and milk per box (I make it a bit wetter so I can smooth it out easier). Layer the taters on top of the whole mess evenly and put in 350° oven for about a half-hour. Dish it out and wolf it down! I dont know where this recipe originated but Tracey used to make it about once a week because the boys love it so much.
