Tracey is off to work wont see her again until almost 10:00 tonight. She says she might get to take Thursday and Saturday off this week. We shall see.
The Journal Star has an article on their web about Pekin Hospital leaking 800 gallons of diesel fuel. Tracey is concerned that might cause problems for her in some way as the tank is right outside her clinic windows. Let us hope this didnt get into the water supply!
It is much cooler outside this morning. It would be nice to turn the A/C off for a while and enjoy some fresh air but Im afraid it will be 90 degrees by this evening.
This may be the 1st year I can ever remember the corn actually only being about knee high by the 4th of July. It will probably be a bit higher than that, but not much. It will be a late harvest this year and I sure hope the weather this fall is better than it was this spring.
