Comedian Al Franken is the rightful winner of a hotly contested US Senate seat, Minnesotas Supreme Court ruled Tuesday in a decision which could hand Democrats unchecked control of both houses of Congress.
Unchecked control of both houses of Congress ... Gosh you dont suppose this AP tag line was written by a Republican do you? Just a bit melodramatic => MjL
Rabbi Bloom was getting quite a reputation for his sermons. His synagogue was always packed because his congregation didnt want to miss a single one of his words. One Sabbath, one member had to go to another synagogue to attend a nephews bar mitzvah. Because he didnt want to miss the sermon, he asked one of his non-Jewish friends to go in his place and tape the Rabbis sermon. In that way, he could listen to it when he got back.
When other members of the congregation saw what was going on, they too decided to ask their non-Jewish friends to go in their places to record the sermon. They could then do other things, such as play golf or go to football. Within a short time, there were 100 gentiles sitting in the synagogue recording the Rabbis sermon.
The Rabbi got wise to this. So the following Sabbath, he, too, asked a non-Jewish friend to attend on his behalf. His friend brought a tape recorder and played the Rabbis pre-recorded sermon to the 100 non-Jews in the congregation who then recorded the sermon on their own machines.
This was believed to be the first incidence in history of artificial insermonation.
I gave in. I took a shower. I was getting itchy and couldnt stand myself. I will have to find another way to offend them so they wont pick me for a jury.
It appears the coolant leak on the scooter has been fixed. I am pretty happy about that! Next I need to make visor for my GPS so I can see it when the sun is bright.

I love that comic above!! I KNOW Dave would gladly give up his career for me! ;) No such luck for him though. Andy is out baiting lobster traps right now. I bet he is having a ball! He took a picture from the friends back deck. Tall green (very green) grasses and a waterway a little ways from the backyard. I guess he also got a new toy last night. Its a mosquito catcher. It looks like a tennis racket. I dont know what that is all about, but I bet Andy was entertained for hours! Hes just too easy! Off to work again today.

Thats the trouble with the cell phone photos ... the greedy wireless people dont make it easy to share photos on anything but another cell phone so they can make $$$.

Tammy, you probably have a miniSD or microSD card slot on your phone, and you can get a mini/microSD card and adapter so it can plug into a normal SD card reader and put it on your computer that way. Not easy at all, huh? Alternately, you could just forward the picture message Andy sent just like an e-mail :P

Hi Noah.....huh?!?!?!?!!! Wow! I think you have just beat your dad out of the Mr. Technology title! :) I got my Verizon book out for the phone, but Im still in the dark. I know I can take it to them and they can email it to my computer. I cant find anything to send to a computer email address on the phone, but remember...I just learned to text a couple of weeks ago or less! Ill keep trying and thanks Noah.
