I picked Tracey up from the E. Peoria clinic around 6:45 last evening and we went to the Bob Evan’s in E. Peoria to get some supper.

She was tired from riding in the car and generally weary of the whole thing. She said the meals were horrible. They used to let them eat wherever they wanted and reimbursed the expense.

Now, with all their cost cutting measures, they catered in some yucky pseudo-Greek rubber chicken meals and the breakfast “casserole” that morning was inedible. They even figured out a way to ruin French Toast.

The worst was that she had planned to soak in the tub in her hotel room —— with unlimited hot water! There was no tub. Just a shower.

Last and certainly not least she had to pay for the room with our credit card so now we can wait four to six weeks to get reimbursed.

Tracey went to bed almost as soon as we got home and she left for work again this morning about ten minutes ago.

I did have one pleasant surprise yesterday. I got a letter from #USCellular and I figured it was just the monthly bill. It turned out to be my $70 rebate on the Blackberry I got six weeks ago. I suspect I have already mentioned how I feel about rebates? Anyway, I was glad to get MY money back. Except now the bill is still coming soon.
