Preparing to unveil a proposed income tax hike this week, Gov. PQuinn said Sunday it was “the least bad option” to ask many residents to pay more money to rescue a state government saddled in debt by the legislature. PQuinn is considering raising the state’s personal income tax rate, to 4.5% from 3%.

In case nobody was paying attention during the Rod Baloneyvich witch hunt (led by P Quin and the Madguns family) THIS is what they were after. Money. As in raise taxes A LOT to pay for their money losing budgets. Now is when I say, “I told you so!” Aren’t you glad you stood up for our ex-governor by writing and making phone calls in his support?
