My friend has the courage, but not always the skills, to tackle any home repair project. For example, in her garage are pieces of a lawnmower she once tried to fix. So I wasnt surprised the day I found my friend attacking her vacuum cleaner with a screwdriver.
I cant get this thing to cooperate, she explained when she saw me.
I suggested, Why dont you drag it out to the garage and show it the lawnmower?
Tracey and I conked out about 10 p.m. but it appears the new year arrived without our assistance. And a super very cold new year it is! My thermometer reads -2°F and thats too cold for me.
I tried to blow the snow off the driveway yesterday but it didnt go too so good. The snow blower was willing enough and ran just fine but the snow has been packed down so badly over the past week it wouldnt scrape up into the machine.
As with each new year I am getting the Blog sorted out with new menus, etc. If you find anything that doesnt work right or something you think I should change or add just speak up. No guarantees but I will try to please.

Happy New Year to you too! I always watch the balld drop an hour early so that I can go to bed! :) Hey, I would of thought that you had them people at Cracked Barrel better trained! Lego, youre table is ready!! I even spelled the name for her and she still got it wrong! WOW...do they have good baseboard heat if youre in the right seat! I was freezing so it felt great until about halfway through the meal. By then, my thigh was fully roasted! I couldnt touch the zipper on my coat when we were getting ready to leave because it had been on the side with the heat! Stay warm!

We gave up on giving the last name when we go out to eat ... we tell them Michael and they still screw it up sometimes and call out Mitchell or Michelle. They still get it right way more often than they ever do Legel!
