Tracey and I slept through breakfast pretty much yesterday so we went to lunch at Bob’s in Pekin. We had to wait a little while to get a table but otherwise it went well. Tracey was feeling much better and caught up on all the meals she had missed Friday and Saturday.


I have been rather amused about all the media attention Harry Reid is getting over his comments about Obummer being “light skinned” and having no “dialect”.

I spend some time on the Internets and any forum or discussion group where I encounter this topic I am quick to put in that I too am “light skinned” and have no “dialect” and I’m not offended by what Harry said.

I am offended, however, that the jerk hasn’t the balls to get a real health care bill through the Senate. When I am asked whether I mean Reid or Obama —— I say “Yes!”.
