I have started walking out to the mail box and back every day along with the new diet. I should get more exercise than that but it is a start. Tracey joined me last evening and although the weather was perfect we were miserable. We had a cloud of bugs around us the whole way. All this wet weather must be good for them because I have never seen so many stinging, biting bugs in such a short time!
