Tracey just got her new pond all pumped out and it is thundering again. I am SO sick of rain. I should have told Aaron to finish his mowing yesterday and I forgot. It is getting to be a jungle out there!
Tracey and I rode our scooters to the IHOP in E. Peoria for lunch yesterday. It was a bit hot and muggy but a nice ride for the most part. There are some really monster potholes along the way though. I think if we hit some of those it would upend us!
Mom, DD, Tracey and I went to the Cracked Barrel in Morton last evening but their power was out. It looked like the electricity was out in that entire end of town. We journeyed down to the Bob Evans in E. Peoria. That was something different anyway. We didnt stay at Moms too long but long enough to cuss and discuss my medical problems, doctors and medicine in general.
Aww...that baby robin is so cute! We just had a second batch of babies born on our flood light next to a window in the new room (its not that new any more, but the name stuck). I counted 3 tiny heads sticking up yesterday. I dont know if theres any more or not yet. We had 3 born in that nest about a month ago. It was fun to watch! One of our cats liked to watch too!

We have baby birds all over the place. Robins, Bluebirds, Eastern Phoebes, Barn Swallows the swallows are my favorite. They fly around me catching bugs as I mow. The newbies constantly getting too close and near collisions. But they do keep the bugs down.
