escapes, and we may be running out of luck.

A jaguar sticks out its tongue as it strolls through its outdoor enclosure at the Schoenbrunn Zoo in Vienna.
Animal Tracks

A male Sumatran tiger is kept in a cage while awaiting transfer from the Natural Resources Conservation Center in Aceh province to a safari park in West Java, Indonesia. The WWF has warned that the Sumatran tiger could be extinct within a decade due to poaching and illegal logging.

Tracey built a squirrel house a week or so ago and hung it in the tree outside our sun room. It is still vacant so yesterday she decided we had to have an “Squirrel Open House” and we had to go get some squirrel food to bait them to it.

Since we were already out we decided to go to IHOP for lunch. Win!

#ACAB
Later yesterday afternoon we went into Pekin to do some shopping and the cops had somebody pulled over on Broadway. Both coming and going.

I always get so disgusted when I see the police acting like highwaymen robbing people on the road. There can be no doubt in any thinking person’s mind that the ONLY reason the speed limit is 35 MPH through there is so the cops can pull you over for driving a reasonable speed. Why does everyone pretend otherwise? Disgusting.

I am less proud of America when I see these things.
