Brrr! The temperature this morning is a chilly reminder that summer is just about done and autumn is very near! I refuse to turn the furnace on yet though.

#BreakfastMichaelT
Michael T. and I had a nice long (almost until lunch) conversation yesterday. It had been a while since we had gotten together so we had a lot of problems to solve for society. Now if we could just figure out a way to implement our solutions!

Aaron & Noah got summoned for #JuryDuty. Aaron filled his out requesting he be excused. I called the court clerk and was told to return Noah’s unopened summons. Will do. Unless you want to move back to Illinois real quick Noah?

My turn for the dentist! This is one of those “which came first...the chicken or the egg” dilemmas.

Whenever the weather begins to change (summer to fall and then winter to spring), I have troubles. If it’s windy, I have to put cotton in my left ear especially.

Well, I thought I was safe, but guess not. My left ear started to bother me a couple of days ago. Now, a tooth that I tried fixing with a pulp treatment is hurting.

So, I hurt from my ear all the way down to my jaw. The tooth is in the back on the bottom -- right under my ear. Not only do I have an awful toothache, I have a bad earache too!

Now, I don’t know which triggered which, but they’re both driving me crazy! Of course, my dentist is closed on Thursdays because he’s open on most Saturdays (that’s unheard of isn’t it!).

I don’t really like this dentist, but I went to his dad growing up and he’s VERY CHEAP! He did the pulp treatment which is pretty close to a root canal for $43.00!

So...which came first: “the sinuses/ears or the toothache”? Fun day....earache + toothache + 3 year olds + cooking pumpkin pancakes with them = shoot me now!

Gosh Tammy, sorry to hear about your pain. I know it is no fun. Hopefully you can get in to the dentist and doctor soon to fix your troubles!

Only in America would children have to remove shoes in the first place!

Paywall
TSA will stop making kids take off shoes for airport security

Lol, no, I think I’ll just wait until I get summoned in Arizona
