Aaron told us the brakes on the #Taurus are acting up again. The brake pedal goes all the way to the floor and they barely work. I looked at the brake fluid reservoir and it was almost empty. Tracey and I went to Pekin to get some lunch and brake fluid.

I put the brake fluid in when we got back and had Tracey pump the brakes while I kept putting more in —— I thought maybe there was just air in the lines. Turns out it was all leaking out onto the driveway. There is a leak somewhere near the right front tire.

I also had to go back to Stake-n-Shake to retrieve the Ford keys. They fell out of my pocket when I reached into my pocket for some money to leave a tip. Fortunately somebody had given them to the cashier and she had them when I called to check on it. I’m just glad I thought to call them in the first place.

The tow truck just left a little while ago to haul the #Taurus in to get the brakes fixed. It is NOT a good thing to be on a first name basis with the tow truck driver!
