The new heater we bought seems to work pretty well. It wasn’t really very cold yesterday morning to give it a proper test but we let it run for a bit just to check it out. The manufacturer has a very loose definition of the word “thermostat” in my opinion. It doesn’t turn on and off because of a thermostat that detects the actual temperature —— it just runs for a bit and shuts off for a while and continues to cycle on and off. The farther you turn the knob the longer the heater runs between pauses. If you turn it all the way up it just runs constantly without pause.

Sorry I didn’t get back on here yesterday. No worries...we celebrated Dave, Ashley, and my sister-in-laws bdays yesterday at my parent’s house.
Dr. Knight’s daughter got married...she’s like my “daughter #2”. Her mom is one of my best friends and the kids went to Dr. Knight because he’s a pediatrician. (kids doctor)
It was a beautiful, elegant, but fun wedding and reception!
