A truly American sentiment recognizes the dignity
of labor and the fact that honor lies in honest toil.

Tracey and I went to Ruby Tuesday’s yesterday to use one of the coupons Mom gave us. As Tracey was getting out of the car her cell phone fell out of her purse.

Then she stepped on it. Yes. It is broke.

She called U.S. Cellular and a $100 replacement is on the way. Seems pretty expensive considering what we pay for the insurance.

The meals were good though and I tried to get Tracey to enjoy her lunch rather than steam about her broken phone.

The saga continues with Walgreen’s Mail Order.
Since they sent the wrong stuff despite me telling them not to, they billed my insurance for it.

So now I can’t get the right stuff paid for by my insurance unless or until I can get Walgreen’s to refund my insurance company.

This is getting so entirely ridiculous I can hardly explain it. Every person I talk to insists the drug they sent me is the same as the drug I want. Even if that were true I can’t get them to understand I told them not to send me anything if they couldn’t send me WHAT I WANTED.

I called them twice before they ever shipped the wrong stuff and told them not to. My “case” has been escalated twice now and I even have a “case number”. But still no resolution. This really sucks.
