I started yesterday out with an emergency trip to Mom’s house to fix her DSL Internet connection. I had to put the line noise filters back on her telephones and then everything worked just fine. I wish I had thought of this when Alan was working on the phones but it never entered my mind until Mom called saying she had trouble. Oh well, live and learn.


Tracey and I went to lunch at Culver’s in Pekin and then went on a road trip to the far reaches of Derby St. in search of a knitting and yarn shop she found in the Yellow Pages online. We eventually found the right address but it was no longer a knitting store. Oh well again.
