Other than a short trip to Groveland for breakfast at Woodys we stayed home to mess with Traceys tablet computer and take naps yesterday. A very lazy Sunday.
I am finally getting things to work again on her little computer but there are a number of things I dont think I can do anything about. I worked for some time to search for fixes and redirects on the Internets but have discovered we are not alone in scratching our heads over some of the improvements in this so-called Metro style of computer interface. It looks mostly like they are trying to make a computer work like a smart phone and failing at it.

Michael T. sent me the link below a couple days ago and I agree with his sentiments completely. He said, Im surprised, pleasantly. It seems in the latest iteration of the Windows browser they have set the default security to Do Not Track and the spam people are not happy.
Another link from Michael T. to a nine minute video that is very thought provoking. I have found much of this to be true and another insight I have had is that web browsing with a progressive slant will give one a broader view of the conservative mind, whereas web browsing with a conservative view will almost never give you the progressive side. When a progressive web site takes something to task it will almost always provide links and citations to the topic at hand and these are often conservative links. So you will see links to Fox News often so you can watch the Fox News clip and judge for yourself. Rarely do conservative web sites link to the actual progressive site they take to task they link to the various conservative views. This is why our media has become so one sided and often times conservatives are so ill informed.
