Marathon mowing yesterday and still have a little more to do.
I rode the motorcycle to Pekin to meet Tracey for supper at Culver’s. After eating our burgers Tracey decided to get an ice cream sundae and I told her to get me some fries. The sundae was prepared immediately —— I had to wait about ten minutes for the fries to be delivered. We could see them sitting in the window but I guess the counter people were all waiting for a burger to show up with them or something because nobody bothered to bring them. Tracey finally asked a worker cleaning tables and she wandered over after spending a few minutes continuing to wipe tables. Oh Well.
The results in the Walker recall election in Wisconsin prove the effect of having millions of dollars more than your opponent with which to spread lies and deceit. The entire country lost an election yesterday.

Hi Michael, Unfortunately too many people are locked into this Us Vs. Them mentality and too few are really paying attention. I really hate saying, “I told you so.”, when the stakes are so high, but Citizen United may have been the final nail in the coffin of a dead Democracy.
