Two years ago today I had surgery to remove bladder cancer. I remember the following couple weeks as very stressful and painful, but I am so glad to have survived it. Sadly, there are many who have died from the same cancer. I was lucky to find it early enough to have it successfully removed.

Yesterday was quite a scorcher but no records broken that I know of; I think it was just over 100°F which is plenty hot for around here! I drove Tracey to work and back so she wouldn’t have to deal with the long hot walk to the parking lot. I’ll never understand why she has to park so far from the hospital when there is a parking lot right across the street.

I also ran a few errands yesterday morning after dropping Tracey at work. One of which was getting a couple spare keys made for the Malibu. The way we lose car keys around here you can’t have too many.
