Alan joined DD, Mom, Tracey and I at Mom’s trailer for supper —— we ate in with #JimmyJohns delivered. Tracey had an interesting and somewhat disturbing discussion trying to simply order the food. The girl who answered the phone kept asking questions about where the trailer park is and what it is —— which seemed most ridiculous to me because she doesn’t need to know where it is. She wasn’t going to deliver it so she should just take the order?

Everyone knows the name of the first man on the moon, but what about the last? Eugene Cernan left the final boot print that may ever appear on the surface of our dusty satellite. Yet Cernan has been heralded for far more than this milestone. He is not only one of the most accomplished of the astronauts —— he journeyed into space 3 times, on Gemini 9, Apollo 10, and Apollo 17 —— but one of the most eloquent in describing his otherworldly experiences.
