My mowing was interrupted yesterday by a #JehovahWitness lady and a girl I presume was her daughter. They chased me down while I was mowing the hill just SW of the house.

I thought that took some brass. After a few minutes I really got the impression the girl, who was probably in her early teens, was a bit embarrassed by the woman’s persistence.

I politely stated I wasn’t interested and still she continued —— so I got increasingly more direct until I finally just told her I had work to do and stared at her a bit. She finally went. In a way I admire her commitment, but she will find few converts by continuing to press the issue beyond courtesy.

Noah came by around 2 p.m. and we got to visit a while before going to pick up Mom and DD to go eat supper at Steak-n-Shake. Tracey got off work around 5:00 and was waiting at Mom’s trailer when we returned. We all got to visit for a while before Noah had to start the drive back to Cuba. It was really great to visit with Noah.
