Tracey has Ipad envy again so we have been doing some research on whether or not one would work for what she needs. So —— we ended up going to the Hometown buffet for breakfast yesterday and then to Best Buy to look at Ipads.

Unfortunately the sales kid we got wasn’t able to answer very many of my questions. I appreciate that he tried and was honest enough to say “I don’t know” rather than make something up or try to fake his way through. I guess we are going to have to spend a lot more time on the Internet looking for answers.



Mom decided we should eat in last evening so DD took our dinner orders, called them in to the Cracked Barrel and went to get them.

Wow! Earthquakes, tsunami and hurricane —— maybe the Mayans weren’t wrong after all! So far I think we here in central Illinois are safe from the tsunami and hurricane ——

I know from experience that many, many people watch Fox and are quite offended by articles like this one. All I can say if they would simply change the channel occasionally and really pay attention —— I think they would be horrified at what has been done to them over the years.
