In diplomacy you cover the known.

One of Tracey’s problem employees called off work last night so Tracey has to open the clinic this morning and we have to be awake at this awful hour of the morning.

MOM IS HOME!

I went to visit her in the late afternoon yesterday and she told me the doctors had told her she was going to be released. Don’t you love that word, released?

Doesn’t seem like it should be an appropriate word for a hospital stay but that is the simple fact. You are almost a prisoner in a hospital until the the doctor “releases you”.

Anyway we finally got her out of there around 5:30 last evening. DD was at the trailer when we arrived and she stayed to get Mom settled in.

#Win7 #Win8
In some ways this article sums up my experience with Windows 8 as far as the clunky interface and #ArtsyFartsy design. I also had many issues with the fact there are many things that, to date, Windows 8 just will not do at all.

We downgraded back to Windows 7 on Tracey’s Windows tablet, and then finally just went with the iPAD out of frustration. I’m sure we are not alone.

Did you ever get the feeling that news networks were just going through the motions? That they weren’t really paying attention?

The editor pulled the image of the book cover from the Internet without realizing it had been doctored.
