Tracey had to go to work for a few hours yesterday but had the rest of the day off. We went to Mom’s to visit with DD, Alan, Gloria, and Mom with Monical’s delivered for supper. It was good to get together with everyone again. It has been a while what with work, illness and conflicting schedules.
I have never fully understood the idea behind tax incentives and give-aways to corporations without concrete contracted obligations in return. This article shows how badly various state and municipal efforts have completely backfired with businesses dumping employees and facilities without regard to any loyalty for those huge gifts.
