Our new “atomic clock” arrived at Staples yesterday so I picked it up after dropping Tracey off at work.

Of course it needed AA batteries and ours had disappeared again. I swear those things grow legs and walk off!

I went back to town and bought some batteries and spent about a half-hour trying to get the clock to set the time off the time server in Colorado. No luck, so I set it manually.

I put the remote temperature sensor out on the trellis outside the sun room. I noticed this morning the clock had finally synced up with the time server so I had to set it for our time zone.

Now all we have to do is figure out where we are going to permanently mount the gadget.
