Tracey will get to sleep in this morning as she is closing the clinic tonight so one of her employees can go out and bring in the New Year in drunken merriment. It is just as well because she is getting a nasty head cold and doesn’t feel too well so sleeping in is good. We don’t party for the New Year anymore anyway.
I really have to get to the grocery store today —— we are fast running out of everything in the house!

I just finished shopping at Schnuck’s. The cash register dude was so red eye stoned he kept ringing things up two or three times and the bagger had to keep waking him up. I think a lot of folks have started drinking early, judging by the way they are driving this morning!
