Tracey had yesterday off work since she is working this coming Saturday. We started the morning at work on the new sink in the laundry room. We got about halfway done before heading out to get some silicone calk to seal the sink down to the base and a stop at the Cracked Barrel for lunch.
We had all the water pipes hooked up by evening but waited to turn the water back on until later because we wanted to make sure the plastic pipe glue was cured enough. All that is left to do is seal the sink down, hook up the drain and the water supply lines and put on the cabinet doors.
We may finish that after Tracey gets home from work this evening. I say We although I actually havent done much but watch Tracey work. She is particular about her sink plumbing.

I think I need to have Tracey come to my house! I have a dishwasher that is still not all put together! It drips a tiny bit when it is not washing dishes. Dave is going to (someday) wrap some tape around the connection and see if that stops the tiny drip. I just want it D.O.N.E. and crossed off the list!

Hi Tammy, That list is always pesky isnt it. We have so many things on that list too! We put New front door on the list two years ago but the prices scared us silly. After last winter we decided it was time to get it done even if it is expensive. Too much cold air getting in!

And Today is The Last Supper Returns Day. In Milan, Italy, Leonardo de Vincis The Last Supper was put back on display on this day in 1999 after more than 20 years of restoration work. The painting is 15 feet by 29 feet and was painted on the back walls of the dining hall at Santa Maria della Grazie, a convent in Milan, Italy during the years 1495-1498 (it is thought).
