Tracey has another twelve-hour day ahead of her she left at 4:30 a.m. She finally got some applications from HR for the RN job opening and interviewed a few of them over the past week. She has started the process of hiring a new nurse and it only took almost two months. It is no wonder her clinic is always understaffed when it takes months to hire any replacements. But the new process is very convenient for the HR people they can take their sweet time sorting out the applicants, doing background checks and basically taking so much time they make sure the best nurses get tired of waiting and go somewhere else.
