So we begin Day Three in the saga of getting my insulin brand changed. I made another couple calls to the Tremont clinic yesterday and was told “someone will call you back”. I did finally get a call back from someone late yesterday afternoon and she was the most professional of the lot so far.

She even thought to ask how much insulin I have on hand before I run out. She says I can get some samples from the office if I run out before they get more ordered. I wanted to tell her that if they had ordered it two days ago instead of a week later that wouldn’t be an issue, but she was the first person who seemed in the least willing to be helpful and I didn’t want to mess that up.
