I sent my browser to the login page of my bank. I was a bit startled to read the title on the top tab saying Disaster Page. It seems they are having some technical difficulties with the site and somebody had to write a temporary page while they fix the problem. Perhaps this is a disaster for the web technicians or maybe somebody just has a sense of humor, but it bothers me a little to see the word Disaster in any connection with the institution that is managing my finances. I sent them a polite message asking the title be changed.

What the piece elides is that, for many young women, their rejection of Clintoon is informed and deeply political. Many of them have suffered violence, discrimination, and rampant unemployment. They have drawn upon their feminist commitments, alongside their lived experience, to evaluate and reject Clintoons hawkish foreign policy, her expansion of drone warfare, gutting of welfare, (continuing) defense of a burgeoning surveillance state, and more all of which have hurt women in the U.S. and abroad.
Obviously this article cant present all sides of the discussion but I have to say if the lesson was as presented then the bigots and Islamophobes are certainly winning the war to warp minds.
Everybody is all up in arms one way or the other about the DNC data screw up and locking Bernie out of his own campaign information.
This is finally the key to Bernies media attention. The media has ignored him all these months and Wasserman Schultz just booted him into the media limelight. Dont be surprised if Bernie doesnt make good use of the media attention.
This could end up in a federal court and that is NOT the kind of publicity Hillaritys leash dog wants.
