Friends Christmas, 12/26/15
I spent about two hours on a steel table yesterday afternoon and now my right leg is wrapped tightly from my ankle to my groin. I had a vein ablated so my lower leg would swell less and heal better. I had bad valves in the vein which wouldn’t allow the blood to flow back up my leg properly. They run a tiny catheter up my leg inside the vein and zap the vein to burn it closed as they pull the wire back down. It burned like heck in a couple places.

I can take the wrapping off tomorrow morning and I go back Monday for a sonogram to see if all is well. Then next Wednesday I get the left leg done. Oh What Fun.

I have called #Frontier every day this past week except Tues (no power) and each time I have been told a technician will fix our dead DSL connection today. We shall see. I am NOT holding my breath. This saga has been going on for months now.

I removed my “Santa hat” avatar in the upper left and declare the Christmas season closed. I am working on next year in this Blog and it is slow going with my leg stretched straight under the desk. Very cramped feeling.

I don’t think I will have as many ongoing picture and cartoon categories this next year. At least not at first. We shall see how the year progresses but I think I will drop the tattoos and Aunty Acid for now. I am always open to suggestions ——
